About Us
So Who Are We?
we're a denim company
In 1991, with a strong corporate presence but absolutely no background in denimology, we set out to respond to the global denim fabric demand.
We did not know how, we just knew that we had to. Today we continue to build a culture of responsible and intelligent consumerism producing
eco-responsive denim that finds its way into the hands of responsible and loving individuals such as you. Out of affection for this absolutely
wonderful planet that we inhabitate, our denim ambitiously reaches for a higher reading – It’s our platform to conscious couture.
1991
Kassim Denim
Combining the details, manufacturing techniques and fabrications that make denim so desirable, we painstakingly engineer and meticulously research sustainable fibres at our well equipped labs to produce high quality organic denim.
So, What We Do?
We Love Denim
A passion we share with everyone who mourns worn out denim like a close friend. As a true denim company we are not looking for the short-term trends. Even though most of our production adapts European runways, the inspiration is far from glamour. Design goes beyond creating just a product that serves to fulfill a need or a function. The collection reflects the feeling of everyday life.
Denim has the ability to age beautifully – formed by its user into a second skin, unvarnished and personal. The philosophy at Kassim is to become part of that charm.
So, How are We Different?
Kassim Denim
Our philosophy is to make denim using a simple age old concept of treating others as you wish to be treated. Keeping things minimal, our ethical principles are interwoven into our denim. We aim to care for all the artisans involved in making our denims.
Where Dreams Begin
Our History
The history of Kassim Denim is linked to the visionary spirits of Kassim Group, with a strong corporate presence but absolutely no background in denimology, we set out to respond to the global denim fabric demand. We did not know how, we just knew that we had to. Soon we found ourselves in the unfamiliar world of fashion where we foolishly established a single goal – to produce the most luxurious and best fitting jeans, all while protecting the earth and loving its people.
